In order to realize your dream, I will be there for you as a Professional Event Consultant and also as an Event day Coordinator.
My role includes:
• Consultation with the families via face-to-face meeting / phone / email / Whatsapp determining your needs, tastes and your vision for their event before your event.
• Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed, and establishment of payment itinerary
• Selection, with you, of the perfect venue for your event.
• Research of event professionals in the categories: Decoration, photographer and bands or DJ, singer, welcome packages, Rabbi, etc. that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections
• Contract review and negotiation.
• Discussion of theme, colors, style and complete event design and theme.
• Help with the Rabbinical procedure, and other rituals, if needed.
• Attendance at all vendors appointments of your choice, with or without you.
• Professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process. Regular and punctual progress communications. You will receive all the checklist, tables and forms to keep it all organized.
• Tours, transportation, accommodations and others event logistics (VIP airport, hotels, activities for your guests)
• Development of a detailed event timeline and floor plan (by the decorator)
• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 week before the event day
• Full event on-site attendance from the set up until the last course has been served, for coordination and on the day of your event. We deal with the venue and suppliers, resolving any issues that arise and making sure the timeline are respected.
• A team of event coordinators, accordingly to the number of guests announced (approx. one for each hundred guest) will be on site the day of the event and will welcome the guests and manage the timing of the event letting you enjoying at the maximum your event.
